11:30 - TRILL FIT CARDIO DANCE CLASS

TRILLFIT's signature class blends Beyonce-worthy choreography (we love a good twerk sesh) with multiple rounds of HIIT to sweat your way to a tighter, toned body. Sneakers Required.

12:15 - TRILL YOGA

TRILL YOGA is a slow flow vinyasa class that explores and deepens the connection of mind and body, while stretching and restoring the body from the inside out. Set to the sounds of DJ Nick Bishop spinning a live soundtrack of hip hop and R&B, this class takes you deeper into your yoga practice with that same TRILLFIT spark. Be prepared to sweat and rejuvenate. Bring your own mat.
